At Nitro Stainless, we understand that in the construction industry, time is money. Our “24-Hour Dispatch” guarantee is designed to get your project over the finish line.

1. Custom Orders & Measurements

All products from Nitro Stainless are custom-cut to the specific dimensions provided by the customer at the time of order.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all measurements (Height and Width) are accurate.
  • No Refunds: As these items are custom-manufactured, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.

2. The 24-Hour Dispatch Guarantee

We pride ourselves on speed. Our 24-hour guarantee applies to the fabrication and dispatch of your order.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST on a business day (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched or ready for pickup within 24 hours (the next business day).
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday for Tuesday dispatch.

3. Shipping & Liability

  • Dispatch vs. Delivery: “Dispatch” means the order has left our facility and been handed to a third-party courier.
  • Courier Delays: Nitro Stainless is not liable for any delays in transit caused by courier networks, traffic, or other external factors. We do not guarantee delivery dates, only dispatch dates.
  • Site Delays: Nitro Stainless is not liable for any liquidated damages or costs associated with site inspection delays due to courier transit times.

4. Payment Terms

To maintain our fast-track service, we operate on a “Payment Before Production” basis.

  • Orders will only enter the fabrication queue once payment is confirmed via our online payment gateway.
  • We do not offer trade accounts or “pay-on-invoice” for this service.
